Jan also shows proper warm-up exercises & knows a plethora of in depth info on equipment. She is a beautiful blue eyed blonde Australian with a pretty accent. (think Olivia Newton John teaching golf in the mid 1980's!) She wears a great outfit that includes stylish shorts and sheer suntan pantyhose! From the beginning of the video, throughout they made sure to get some good shots of her lovely legs!
