If you want to know where Lady Gaga REALLY got her act (not just from Madonna, Cher or Britney Spears, either) you need not look any further than this band's singer, Dale Bozzio (a friedisciple of the late Frank Zappa), and her crazy getup in this video. Here, you'll see Dale wearing black sheer to waist tights (you might be able to see the waistband, too.) Video is purposely supposed to look blurry because those were the special effects used for it back in the day, but you still see enough of Dale's hosiery-clad legs hopefully essential to your liking.
