Sherilyn Fenn and all the girls at "Big K's Burgers" wear short-shorts or mini-skirts with nude/suntan pantyhose. Watch for the girl in yellow pantyhose. Charlie Sheen comes to avenge something that happened in the past. Nick Cassavetes (who will later direct "The Notebook") plays the bad guy. Randy Quaid is the law enforcement. "The Wraith" is like "Fast & Furious" with better cars, gorgeous girls in sheer pantyhose, funny guys drinking transmission fluid, Clint Howard as "rug head", science fiction and without the whiny kids saying things like, "yo sup whitch yoo man!??!". Watch for a thigh-closeup on Sherilyn towards the end of the movie when the camera follows her on the back of Charlie Sheens motorcycle.
