Description

Just before 13', showgirls backstage in off-black, suntan pantyhose for ~ 1'. Vera-Ellen showing a lot of thigh dancing with Danny Kaye from 27'-30'. At 53', a close-up on black fishnets, zooms out to show black backseamed coffee, suntan pantyhosed women in shorts. At 54', partial of W in black hot pants, black backseamed pantyhose, then - in main number - showgirls in red outfits, suntan pantyhose in background. At 56', Vera-Ellen in a white glittery outfit, suntan pantyhose, who steps between showgirls in red (who later stand up), then dances with Kaye, Bing Crosby -1h00'. At 1h10', brief look at dancers practicing: in shorts in a variety of pantyhose: black, taupe, suntan, nude Just before 1h11' one of them is seated, crossing her black pantyhose. From 1h13'-1h15', Vera-Ellen in fuchsia outfit, all suntan pantyhosed legs. At 1h18', one brief close, one further, of dancers with shorts and pantyhose in various shades; at 1h31', a longer shot, below stage. Then, Vera-Ellen in a yellow outfit, suntan through 1h32', then other dancers are seen returning to stage from a distance and a partial of Vera-Ellen backstage. At 1h35', a cigar girl in a pink mid-thigh, suntan pantyhose.
