Description

Ray Romano’s character in this show says “A good story is like a miniskirt on a hot girl - you want it to be long enough to cover the subject, but short enough to be interesting.” You may think differently after seeing this movie, which features the excellent figure of Nina Arianda in a character whose accent is similar to Marisa Tomei’s in My Cousin Vinny but wearing shorter dresses with her pantyhose, the “wearing hosiery" in keeping with what women wore at the time depicted in the movie, 1991, which included even dressing up for an office job at a collections agency, which her character’s job was. Her fortunate office mates! It starts with partials of her in a black with white mid-thigh, off-black pantyhose, legs crossed, at 5’34,” the views improving a bit with subsequent shots. At 11’23”, a group meeting scene, she’s in the front row in a maroon dress that’s hiked mid-thigh, suntan pantyhosed legs crossed, multiple views, a partial later at 15’45” as she lifts her legs into the camera’s sights as she adjusts herself in her chair in her office. Then, at 20’07”, at her apartment shared with her lucky co–star, she whips up her maroon dress, revealing suntan control top pantyhose from waist on down, as she walks away from him, wow! She puts on a shirt, but that’s all, and eventually we see her upper – and then the rest of her – pantyhosed legs through nearly the waist again, at 20’56”, though the incoming sunlight from the window in the background inconveniently washing out some of the details as she jumps up into his arms. At 22’58”, a 2’ daytime scene in their kitchen, maroon mid-thigh, her black pantyhose and pumps looking great as she’s standing, then sitting at the table, at 24’20” arising to run out into the next room, eventually looking back at us with her fine figure on display, with either stocking tops or control top evident…at 43’35”, we see that form-fitting maroon mid-thigh/black pantyhose/black pumps combination from the side. At 48’20”, in her co-star’s character’s cubicle, the camera pans left to right across her legs, we see her sitting on a counter in a cubicle, crossing her off-black pantyhosed legs, which are nicely color-coordinated with her blue dress, and for ~1’, multiple upper thigh views. At 52’10”, she’s leaving the courthouse in the same outfit, for some outdoor views. At 58’27”, a woman walks right to left in-between the cubicles of the two main characters (the aisle) in a black and blue checkered mid-thigh, black tights. At 58‘49“, Nina Arianda in a black and white mid-thigh, off-black pantyhose, slides herself while still seated in her chair out into the aisle for some nice side views; at 1h01’07”, a mild view in the phone booth as the two leads get it on (where to you find a phone booth nowadays?). Starting at 1h19’57”, a half minute of a series of views of her in a black micro-mini with pink polka dots, matching pink pumps, as was common at the time (one might also say her pink umbrella, too), and suntan what reveal to be probably stocking tops (as opposed to control top), but still very nice. At 1h33’22”, in a black mid-thigh, suntan pantyhose, leaving a building, then seen from behind, though her hem was pulled down a bit for the latter…at 1h35’02”, it’s up again as she’s seen tying the laces of her ice skates, then 1h35’36” from behind as she’s trying to help her co-star, who’s fallen on the ice.
