Rick Savage, who has girls in pantyhose in about 85% of his movies, is a private eye simply known as "P.E.". He meets up with his old friend,a really cute short-haired brunette played by Zina Reel. She is wearing a loose dress with sheer white/almost 'nude' pantyhose (no cotton panel). Feeling her, P.E. moans in pleasure & says w/ excitement, "you're the only woman I know that still wears pantyhose!" He continues feeling her through her pantyhose, even trying to push into her through them! And does not take them off of her fully, until the scene is just about over. There is also a scene w/ a tall blonde wearing white-dotted 'garter-hose'.
