Description

Some guy is sent to earth from either the future or another dimension. Possibly he's a cop? He comes to earth and sees a ton of "evil" which he fights. Some scenes I recall: One of the main characters is a blond woman, possibly a librarian or teacher that wears pantyhose throughout the entire movie. Another scene with a guy and a tied up hooker dressed in pantyhose. He's supposed to be a serial killer with a drill about to use it on her and this star-cop stops him. Another scene in a junkyard with another pimp who's trying to have his way with the teacher/librarian and her dress is pulled up to her waist as she tries to fight him off. Control top shiny pantyhose is the order of the day with that scene.
