Movie about voyeurism (oh really???) Guy is in doctor's office and looks up nurse's (micro) dress when she bends over. Follows her home, sets up telescope in car, and looks through her window while she's talking on the phone getting undressed. Gets down to white pantyhose and panties before a dog barks at him and scares him off.
